and managers in the UK who are dedicated to improving individual and personal care standards. Members will have privileged access to our Mini Marketing Course, downloadable in 12 monthly modules in pdf format.

The course is designed to take care home owners and managers through 12 stages of marketing their home from upgrading personal care standards to marketing for profit.

Associate members will benefit from download materials, each designed to assist managers in each stage of the course.
Additional regular contact by email offers tips and industry news updates. The aim of Associate Membership is to work towards achieving accreditation status.
