is currently looking for highly motivated and experienced sales and nursing
personnel to further build our database of quality accredited care homes
in England, Scotland and Wales. These positions are offered on a freelance
basis, with hours to accommodate individual preferences.

About
you
You are already an experienced, well presented sales person probably visiting
a customer base of care home owners. An excellent communicator, you have
built a sound and dependable relationship with your clients, understanding
their principles, values, and business acumen.
Through frequent observation, you will be able to estimate the apparent
warmth, atmosphere and culture of each business, along with its reputation
for the quality care of its residents. Your experience will enable you
to judge for yourself the apparent facilities and condition of the property
as a suitable environment to accommodate dependent residents.
You are able to make a judgement as to whether you would be happy for
your own relative or loved one to be cared for there, should the need
ever arise.
With a sound, trained knowledge of the CLASSIC HOMES organisation, its
services and criteria for membership, you will be able to evaluate the
suitability and potential benefit of each home applying for a CLASSIC
HOMES accreditation.
Of course, any assessment will be carried out by the trained assessment
team, but you will be able to identify, through conversation, the care
home owner's knowledge, strengths, ambitions, weaknesses, anxieties and
needs, together with his/her plans for the future.
When appropriate,
you will be able to present the main benefits of a CLASSIC HOMES accreditation
and subsequent membership according to the proprietor's circumstances
and for the good of the local community.
As a dedicated after service provider, with a natural warm personality,
you will be reliable, and obliging in communicating the company's range
of products to ensure each client's total satisfaction and desire to retain
membership status.
The Opportunity.....
The role of the Sales Consultant is to sell the company's membership and
services to quality independently owned care homes.
Successful applicants will form part of a highly motivated team, with
full support and training. Remuneration is governed by results with the
opportunity to secure substantial earnings, dependent on your time, effort
and application. Frequent communication will ensure you are kept up to
date with the company's marketing methods and activities, together with
industry news to ensure your confidence in credible conversation with
clients.

About
you
You have held a nursing qualification for a minimum 5 years and have management
experience working with elderly people, mental illness or learning disabilities,
ideally within the care home sector. A car owner, your present circumstances
will allow you to work freelance, with light travel, occasional hours
as required but generally organised by yourself, (the amount of work available
will depend on activity generated by sales consultants).
When trained
and with knowledge of the Classic Homes criteria for accreditation, your
experience and sincere caring attitude will combine to recognise exceptional
quality care, with an empathy for both residents and care home managers.
You will be able to carry out on site comprehensive assessments of care
homes (all categories), and write a full report with recommendations.
Your warm personality will demonstrate excellent communication skills
with the ability to offer valuable advice to home owners and managers,
when appropriate.
The
Opportunity....
The role of the Assessment Manager is to assess applying care homes for
a quality accreditation standard.
The Classic Homes organisation prides itself on recommending to the public,
care homes of exceptional quality. In order to identify these homes, we
need to expand our team of quality assessors, whose professional skills
and judgement will help maintain our good reputation.
The role involves visiting nursing and residential care homes by appointment
and conducting an assessment of the standards of care, comfort, facilities
and residents' lifestyle within the home, according to Classic Homes'
assessment criteria.
Remuneration will be according to each assessment completed (whatever
the outcome), plus generous travel and out of pocket expenses. Full training
and ongoing support will be provided by the company at all times.
Regular communication will ensure you are kept up to date with the company's
marketing methods and activities, together with industry news to assure
your confidence in credible conversation with clients.
